Toyota Gatineau is looking for an AUTOMOTIVE PARTS CLERK.
This is an essential role to ensure good coordination between our Service team and our customers.

What we are looking for:
• Enthusiasm to help customers and Service team members
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and its products.
• Interpersonal skills, honesty and positive attitude
• Present yourself in a professional manner.
• Mandatory bilingualism (English-French)

What you will do:
• Help customers choose parts in an efficient manner and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers;
• Respond to telephone calls and/or emails, quote prices and provide any other information;
• Support the Procurement Service team
• Inventory management

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience.
